Support does not stop at Go-Live
It’s true – support does not stop at Go-Live. In fact, support is even more crucial after going live. For many years I was a Coupa client and saw first-hand what type of support we needed to have a successful post go live. That’s why I founded MVM corporations. What MVM does is centralized on services that most companies don’t think about or need during the implementation phase yet are needed tremendously after Go-Live. Processes like supplier enablement enrollment, SIM onboarding, and even extra staffing needs are the most sought out services. Yet, most implementation partners do not offer these services, or if they do, at a very high cost.
